Way of the Iron Fist
You will need- Rice (approx 10kg)
- A bucket for the rice, big enough to move your hands in
- A desire for pain 👿
- Perform each exercise for the full time set per exercise
- After each exercise, immediately begin the next one!
- (Optional) Once you're done, revenge cook some of the rice
- Perform 3 times a week or after your climbing sessions
